The activity of Cover Sistemi focuses on R&D activity in advanced fields of Microwave and Radio-frequency systems and sub-systems both on silicon and on PCB:
- Design, fabrication and test of Ultra-wideband transceiver for radar application up to 10GHz
- Design, fabrication and test of Ultra-wideband transceiver for low-power data transmission up to 10GHz
- Design of RF/MW Silicon IPs in the technologies:
– CMOS, 0.35um, 0.18um, 90nm, 65nm, 45/40nm
– SiGe BiCMOS
Cover Sistemi has a strong experience in design of:
- Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) for wideband and Ultra-Wideband (UWB) applications
- Up and Down-conversion mixers for UWB applications
